Multi-Family Design Inspired by Traditional Neighbourhood Character
The Renfrew Row House marked New Century Design’s first multi-family row house project, thoughtfully designed for a prominent corner lot in one of Calgary’s established communities.
The goal was to create a modern row house that respected the traditional character of the surrounding neighbourhood while making a strong architectural statement. A distinctive flat roof, two-sided brick detailing, and carefully considered corner elevations work together to create an attractive streetscape that complements the existing homes while introducing contemporary multi-family living.
